Features

Annual clover species. Trifoliate leaves, spatulate with minute teeth. Petiole of trifoliate leaf often with ocrea-like appendage circling base. White inflorescence one to two cm in diameter with 10 to 20 individual flowers. Produces up to 100 inflorescences per square foot under optimum spring growing conditions.

Description

Small annual clover similar to white clover except ball clover inflorescence smaller in size and ball clover produces many more inflorescences. Ball clover produces large amounts of growth in spring and almost non-existent other times of the year.
