Summer annual legumenous herb. Plant diminutive, prostrate growth habit. Trifoliate leaves with prominent leaf veins. Small zygomorphic purple flowers. Produces a tap root with few adventitious roots.
Description
Common in low-maintenance turfgrass areas – centipedegrass seems especially prone to infestations. Drought tolerant. Nodules can be found on roots.
