Similar to globe sedge. Spikes barrel-shaped, densely packed occurring on stalks of varying length at plant apex. Non-tuberous perennial regrowing from crowns.
Description
Tufted perennial sedge found more in low fertility habitats, such as pastures and roadsides. Does not tolerate low, frequent mowing.
